Here are 5 ways to help you keep your move going smoothly

If possible get a portable water filter

Drink at least 4 oz upon waking and at least 34 oz. minimum during the day.

Take 1 minute to breathe deeply

Breathe in for 4 seconds. Hold for 7 seconds. Breathe out for 8 seconds.
(About 3 cycles in one minute).

Stretching exercises for 1 minute

Leg and arm stretches are important for engaging in physical activity. Here are two great stretches:
The Quad Stretch – While standing upright, grab your ankle and pull it toward your butt while keeping your knees aligned
The Shoulder Stretch – bring one arm across your chest and use your other arm to gently deepen the stretched muscles

Eat at least two servings of Unprocessed fruit and or vegetables each day
